ALL PRICING IS FOR RESIDENTIAL LISTINGS ONLY. (see extended use / long term use pricing below in the blue color scheme)

• Properties over 3,200 sq ft: +$50 (you can select this in the add-on section when ordering)
• Cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours of your appointment are subject to a $75 fee
• If the property is not photo-ready upon arrival, a $50 reshoot/revisit fee may apply

• Photographer assignments may vary based on scheduling and location. If you prefer a specific photographer, please note this in the field provided when booking and we will do our best to
  accommodate.
