Q: Can I gift my unused hours to a friend or colleague?

Absolutely! They are your hours, to do with as you wish!

Q: Do my rollover hours expire?

Yes! Any unused hours will expire and be forfeited at the end of your 12 month term. But we will do our best to keep you scheduled consistently to make sure that doesn’t happen!

Q: Do I need to know what I want to film ahead of time?

We always recommend knowing what you want to film before you walk into the studio. The better the prep, the better the product! That being said, if you just have a general idea and need some help getting the words right, we can give you some pointers! And of course, we offer scripting services as an add on or as part of our Lux membership.

Q: Do I have to know what set I want ahead of time?

Nope! We will typically only have one client in the studio at a time, so no worries that someone else will book the set you want. If you do happen to know which set you’d like to use, we will do our best to have it set up and ready for you when you walk in!

Q: Can I book a half hour session?

We only book in hour-long increments to best plan for unexpected hiccups and stumbles. We find that half an hour just leads feeling rushed and nervous, which never looks good on camera.

Q: Is there somewhere in the studio for me to get ready before my shoot?

How did you guess? Yes, we have a special Prep and Pamper room built just for you to get camera ready!
