Recently, we had the pleasure of photographing and filming a breathtaking riverfront estate in Indialantic, which is located in Brevard County Florida. Join us as we take you through our experience of creating the perfect visuals of this luxurious property.
First impressions are everything when it comes to capturing the true essence of a luxury home, and this estate did not disappoint. The immaculate exterior of the home featured meticulous landscaping, a grand entrance with a fountain, and a classic French Chateau-style design. We knew we had to capture the property’s beauty from every angle, so we started by taking aerial shots of the estate using our drone. The results were stunning as we captured the lush greenery around the home and the magnificent view of the water from the estate’s backyard.
Once we finished capturing the exterior, we moved inside, eager to showcase the grandeur of this 8600+ square foot Chateau. From the ornate chandeliers to the polished marble floors, we made sure to capture every feature that made this home truly unique. The breathtaking spiral staircase in the grand foyer added the perfect touch of elegance. Built and designed by an award-winning architectural designer, this 5-bedroom, 5.2-bath property has every amenity one can hope for.
Every detail from the coffered ceilings, Solid Cast Pillars, imported Italian marble mantles, custom faux painting, and designer wall coverings are exquisite. The vast kitchen and great room open up to the outdoor loggia and pool designed to transport the owners to the lush grounds of Lake Como. Some additional highlights of the estate were its 700SF bonus room over the carriage house, a 10-person theater with stadium seating and state-of-the-art electronics, a gardening room, and a billiards room with a balcony and waterfront view. The expansive backyard with lush greenery and magnificent waterfront views made for perfect photo opts. We captured the essence of this breathtaking outdoor space with a combination of aerial and ground-level shots. We used our drone to capture the spectacular view of the water from the sky, and our cameras to take close-up shots of each feature highlighting the detail that make the outdoor space unique.
We also created a cinematic tour video of the home, which provided a full view of every room in the house, the exterior, the breathtaking views of the river, and the magnificent outdoor living space. The video featured high-quality visuals integrated with music that perfectly captures the luxurious lifestyle and beauty of living in this impressive estate.
